    JUST Water vs Flow

JUST and Flow are the two flagship carton-water brands in North America. They look similar, but their source, mineral profile and packaging composition differ in ways that matter.

    Source

JUST draws Adirondack spring water from Glens Falls, NY under a revenue-share agreement with the municipality. Flow uses artesian water from its own springs in Bruce County, Ontario, plus a few other Canadian sources.

    Mineral profile

JUST: pH ~8.0, very low TDS, mild taste. Flow: pH ~8.1, slightly higher TDS, marketed as naturally alkaline. Both are soft, easy-drinking waters rather than mineral-rich.

    Packaging

JUST: ~88% renewable — FSC paperboard plus a plant-based HDPE cap and shoulder made from sugarcane. Flow: Tetra Pak Edge, ~75% paper plus polyethylene and a plant-based cap. JUST has a slight edge on renewable content; Flow has a more compact, lighter package.

    Pick A

JUST if you want the most renewable-content carton on the market and prefer a mild Northeast U.S. spring water.

    Pick B

Flow if you want naturally alkaline artesian water in a compact Tetra Pak format and a wider flavor lineup.
