    Corrections policy

BotledWater.com is an independent reference site. When we get something wrong, we fix it, date the change and explain what was updated.

    What we correct

    • • Outdated pH, TDS or mineral values when a brand publishes a new water analysis.
    • • Misclassified water types (spring vs. mineral vs. artesian vs. purified).
    • • Incorrect source country, source name or bottling location.
    • • Broken or out-of-date source links.
    • • Unattributed marketing claims that slipped past review.
    • • Typos and unit errors in tables, calculators and comparison pages.

    How to request a correction

    Email corrections@botledwater.com with:

    • • The page URL.
    • • The specific claim or value you believe is incorrect.
    • • A link to the authoritative source (water analysis, label scan, regulator filing).

    Our response time

We acknowledge correction requests within two business days and resolve verified errors within five. For material factual corrections, we update the page, reset its Last verified date and add a brief corrections note at the bottom of the affected page.

    Disputes

When a brand disputes our characterization rather than a fact, we will publish a clearly-labeled brand response alongside the original analysis. We do not remove independent commentary in exchange for advertising or affiliate relationships.
